About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to support our CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce customization, development, and administration, with the ability to work independently while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce pages as needed.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.
  • Perform data migration, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity.
  • Create reports and dashboards for business insights.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin + Development).
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification preferred.
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Work Arrangement:

  • Remote fully work from home.
  • Flexible – 8 hours per day (adjustable to time zones).
