RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust solutions using Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and core Salesforce functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products).
  • Partner with business stakeholders, including sales, finance, and operations teams, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and implement complex customizations, including Apex triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules to support business processes.
  • Lead the development and optimization of Salesforce CPQ configurations, pricing strategies, product catalog setup, and discounting logic to support revenue generation and deal management.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP, billing platforms) using APIs and middleware for seamless data flow and business process automation.
  • Drive improvements and enhancements to Revenue Cloud functionalities, including subscription management, revenue recognition, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and data security policies to maintain system integrity and compliance.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to proactively recommend solutions and improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-12 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce implementations and customizations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, including deep understanding of pricing models, product bundling, discount structures, subscription billing, and revenue recognition processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative customization capabilities.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, billing, payment gateways) using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and CPQ Specialist certifications are highly desirable; Revenue Cloud certification is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Exposure to advanced integration patterns and Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
