About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the next phase of our internal CRM enhancement project. This role will replace a previously engaged freelancer and help deliver critical improvements and customizations to our Salesforce instance.

We're looking for an experienced individual (not working via an agency) who can quickly understand our CRM architecture and deliver enhancements independently, while being available for collaboration during Sydney business hours.

Key Requirements
  • Must hold:
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and development best practices.
  • Proficient in declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, etc.) and custom code development.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with tools like Data Loader, and familiarity with
  • Comfortable working independently and directly with stakeholders.
  • Must be available for weekly meetings aligned with the Sydney time zone.
  • Not affiliated with any agency.
Responsibilities
  • Customize and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to meet evolving internal CRM requirements.
  • Implement new features and enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, suggest solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Support system integration efforts with ERP, marketing platforms, or other tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with current customizations and integrations.
  • Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data management and automation.
  • Document technical work and provide handover at project close.
Nice to Have
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II).
  • Previous work on internal CRM enhancement projects in a B2B or enterprise environment.
