Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head
to lead CueSpark's business development and strategic sales initiatives. This is an
equity-based leadership position
, offering an opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving growth and market expansion for a rapidly evolving service-technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the overall sales strategy and revenue roadmap.
  • Lead regional and national sales operations, focusing on enterprise and SME partnerships.
  • Develop strong client relationships and drive long-term business value.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales and partnership team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align GTM and growth strategies.
  • Represent CueSpark Business in strategic meetings, industry events, and partnerships.

Preferred Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in
    B2B or SaaS sales
    , preferably within
    technology, service, or e-commerce
    sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving measurable growth targets.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience working with
    early-stage or growth-stage ventures
    is advantageous.
