Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a
Human Resources Intern
. The Intern will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day HR operations including HR management, HR policies, and personnel management. The intern will also help in employee benefits administration and overall personnel management tasks.

What You'll Do

Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.

Contribute to HR operations — maintaining employee records, attendance, and HR systems.

Help design and execute employee engagement activities.

Learn how HR policies, appraisals, and performance reviews are implemented in a growing organization.

Collaborate with managers and the HR team on projects around culture, learning, and process improvement.

What We're Looking For

A people-oriented, detail-driven individual eager to learn the core functions of Human Resources.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or HR tools (a plus).

Students pursuing or recently graduated in HR / Business / Psychology / Commerce or related fields.
