Role Description
This is a full-time online role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern.
As an HR Intern at Stackzero, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the core functions of Human Resource Management. You will assist the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance tracking, and policy implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, maintaining HR databases, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR projects that enhance company culture and employee experience.
You will also gain real-time experience using HR tools and platforms for managing hiring pipelines, tracking employee data, and facilitating communication — giving you valuable, practical exposure to modern HR practices in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of basic HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with HR software or tools (e.g., Zoho People, Excel, or ATS platforms) is a plus
