Job Title: SAP TM Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Location: Pan India (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite – as per project needs)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP TM Techno-Functional Consultant with 6–8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in transportation and logistics processes, combined with technical skills in SAP TM configuration and development. This role involves close collaboration with business and IT teams and offers flexible work options across Pan India, with occasional travel as per project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design, development, and implementation of SAP TM solutions (either standalone TM or embedded in S/4HANA).
  • Translate business requirements into both functional specifications and technical design documents.
  • Configure SAP TM modules including:
  • Transportation Planning and Optimization
  • Freight Order and Booking Management
  • Charge Management and Freight Settlement
  • Carrier Collaboration and Tracking
  • Develop enhancements, reports, and interfaces using ABAP, BOPF, BRF , and Fiori/UI5 (as needed).
  • Integrate SAP TM with ECC/S/4HANA (SD, MM, EWM) and third-party systems via IDocs, Web Services, and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot issues across both functional and technical layers and deliver efficient resolutions.
  • Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and deployment support.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills:

  • 6–8 years of experience in SAP TM implementation/support, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP TM functionalities (preferably version 9.6 or embedded S/4HANA TM).
  • Solid ABAP development experience including OData, BOPF, and enhancement frameworks.
  • Experience in integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM) and external logistics systems.
  • Proficiency in debugging, performance analysis, and custom development in SAP TM.
  • Ability to manage technical specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with developers.
