2. **Training Program Development**: They design and develop training programs tailored to the specific needs of the audience, whether it's beginners, intermediate users, or advanced practitioners. This involves creating training materials, presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.

3. **Delivery of Training Sessions**: Conducting training sessions either in a classroom setting or virtually through webinars or online platforms. They should be proficient in explaining complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner, using real-life examples and demonstrations.

4. **Hands-on Practice and Simulation**: Providing opportunities for trainees to practice using SAP PP through hands-on exercises or simulated scenarios. This helps reinforce learning and allows participants to gain practical experience in using the software.

5. **Q&A and Support**: Addressing trainees' questions, concerns, and challenges throughout the training program. This could include troubleshooting issues, clarifying doubts, and providing additional guidance as needed.
