Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager at Gleantap.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills to drive insights, focusing on customer retention strategies, building strong relationships with clients, onboarding clients and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis. We need someone who is flexible with their working hours and is available to take a few meetings (as needed) during US morning hours (late India hours - between 7pm - 12pm). QualificationsStrong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

Proficient Analytical SkillsExperience in Customer Retention strategies

Effective Relationship Building abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
