About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Support in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all financial data.
  • Assist management with financial data and reports for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master's degree or professional certification is a plus).
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP /Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of GST and TDS filing.
  • Experience in payroll processing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,592.58 per month
