Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Bengaluru. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks including maintaining financial records, reconciling bank statements, preparing invoices, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. The role also involves preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and working closely with the finance team.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and account reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience or internship in accounting or finance is a plus
  • Knowledge of local financial regulations and standards
