
HR Sourcing Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end sourcing of Blue Collar candidates for overseas projects (Construction, MEP, Facilities Management, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, etc.).
- Source candidates through agencies, online portals, referrals, and field visits.
- Generate leads, build candidate pipelines, and actively follow up to ensure successful closures.
- Coordinate and travel across different locations in India to organize and conduct interviews & trade tests.
- Screen candidates technically and assess suitability for overseas job requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring timely reporting to management.
- Collaborate with recruitment managers and project teams to meet manpower requirements within deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Overseas Recruitment (Blue Collar focus).
Strong knowledge of technical trades in Construction, MEP, Facilities Management, etc.
Willingness to travel frequently across India for recruitment campaigns.
Excellent sourcing and networking skills with agencies and local vendors.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be smart, professional, and result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Gulf labor markets and visa processes will be an added advantage.
