The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for generating leads and promoting printing and signage solutions through outbound calls, email communication, and follow-ups. The role includes understanding client requirements, introducing services, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate customer records while achieving sales targets.

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote printing, signage, branding, and advertising solutions.
  • Send professional email communications—including introductions, quotations, follow-ups, and service details—to potential clients.
  • Generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team through phone and email communication.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about printing and signage products (materials, sizes, options, installation).
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and offer excellent customer service.
  • Follow up through calls and emails on leads, quotations, and pending responses to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Maintain customer records, call logs, and email communication history in CRM or internal systems.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams through email for updates, artwork approvals, and order status.
  • Prepare and send marketing emails, promotional offers, and company profiles to targeted customer lists.
