Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Horticulturist to oversee landscaping maintenance at one of Hyderabad's renowned resorts. The ideal candidate will ensure the upkeep, health, and aesthetics of the gardens and green spaces, while leading daily operations at the site.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and maintain all landscaping, lawns, gardens, and plantation areas within the resort.

Plan and implement horticulture practices such as pruning, fertilization, pest/disease management, and irrigation.

Ensure seasonal plantation, lawn care, and overall greenery enhancement.

Lead, guide, and monitor the ground staff/manpower to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Maintain records of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, and daily operations.

Coordinate with management for landscape improvement and sustainability initiatives.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, plant health, and overall aesthetics.

Handle emergency issues related to plant care (diseases, watering system breakdown, etc.).
