We are looking for a proactive and skilled Engineer/Executive to join our Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) team. This role demands technical competence, team leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence in maintaining laboratory and utility equipment.

Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation and upkeep of a companys facilities and equipment with enhancing processes and systems.
  • Plan and implement predictive, preventive, and scheduled maintenance to enhance equipment uptime and reliability
  • Ensure seamless functioning of lab equipment, instruments, machines, HVAC systems, utilities, water systems, and electrical infrastructure
  • Oversee installation, training, and maintenance of both lab and utility equipment
  • Manage new projects including project design, URS preparation, and vendor identification
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns effectively using root cause analysis and corrective measures
  • Maintain critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and ensure equipment efficiency
  • Document and report maintenance records in line with SOPs to support decision-making
  • Provide training to lab staff on maintenance protocols, safety practices, and documentation
  • Reduce maintenance costs by improving preventive maintenance practices and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Ensure timely and proper documentation of all preventive maintenance activities for lab equipment, utilities, and HVAC systems
