Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through direct sales channels.
- Understand customers' financial needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the direct channel business.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective customers.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and campaigns to promote the organization's products and services.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Adhere to compliance and ethical standards in all customer interactions and business operations.
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis.
- Implement strategies to expand customer base and enhance customer retention.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service, preferably in the Insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investments, and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining ethical standards.
- Flexibility to travel and meet with clients as per business requirements.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills to handle multiple customer interactions and sales processes.
