The Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Digital Account Manager to own the performance of our paid media channels. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our advertising accounts, primarily Google Ads, ensuring that our campaigns are effective, on-budget, and aligned with our company's growth objectives. You will be the key point person for campaign performance, bridging strategy with results.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and paid social.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budgets to ensure we are meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to align ad strategy with broader brand initiatives.
  • Oversee keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with platform updates and industry trends to keep our accounts optimized and competitive.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role managing paid media campaigns, preferably for a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with the Google Ads platform. Experience with paid social platforms is also required.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data in a simple, clear manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the self-discipline to thrive in a remote work environment.
