Role Overview
This role will serve as the strategic custodian of the entire HR function, shaping the people agenda across the organization. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune, responsible for designing and driving HR policies, building a strong organizational culture, ensuring end-to-end employee lifecycle excellence, and partnering closely with business leaders to align people strategies with Pristine Properties' long-term goals.
This role will lead all HR verticals, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Policies & Compliance and Organizational Development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement the overall HR strategy aligned to business goals and company values.
- Partner directly with the leadership team to build organization capability and workforce planning.
- Strengthen company culture focused on trust, performance, and employee experience.
End-to-End HR Ownership
- Lead the entire employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to development, engagement, and exit.
- Design and implement HR systems, processes, and governance for a growing organization.
- Streamline HR operations including HRMS, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure healthy and transparent employee relations across sites and offices.
- Oversee compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and statutory inspections.
- Act as the point of escalation for sensitive employee matters, investigations, and grievances.
Performance & Talent Management
- Drive the complete performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and capability development.
- Identify high-potential talent and design career progression frameworks.
- Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Learning, Culture & Engagement
- Build a structured learning culture aligned with industry needs and organizational aspirations.
- Lead engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention.
- Drive culture-building programs centered around integrity, customer focus, and excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, labour law, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing end-to-end HR processes.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
