Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team, focusing on cold-
rolled formed metal sections for diverse industrial applications including solar, crane, and construction
sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial markets, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive
growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the cold-
rolled metal sections industry.
- Analyze customer needs, preferences, and feedback to inform product development and marketing
strategies.

Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including brochures, case studies, social
media, and email newsletters.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and potential
customers.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility
and network with potential clients.

Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing within the industrial sector, preferably with a focus on metal
products or similar manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of the industrial sectors, including solar, crane, and construction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and
engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing
challenges.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cold-rolled formed metal products and their applications in industrial sectors.
- Experience working in a small or growing company environment, with a flexible and hands-on
approach.
