Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand departmental requirements
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through social media, job boards, and industry events
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the company
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support informed decision-making
  • Leverage industry knowledge to identify and evaluate candidates with relevant skills and experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent landscape to inform recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects company values and culture
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
