We are currently seeking a QA/Testing specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Duties: We are seeking a QA Specialist with experience in data migration testing to validate the migration from SAP BODS to AWS Glue/dbt/Talend and AWS PostgreSQL. The role involves designing test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring data accuracy and performance post-migration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test strategies for ETL migration and AWS PostgreSQL database migration.
• Validate data transformations and ensure data integrity between source and target systems.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on ETL pipelines.
• Create SQL scripts to validate data accuracy in AWS PostgreSQL.
• Work with Data Engineers to resolve defects and inconsistencies.

Document test results and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.

Minimum Skills Required:

• Experience testing ETL processes and database migrations.
• Strong SQL skills, preferably with AWS PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of AWS Glue/dbt/Talend ETL workflows.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux command-line for test execution.
• Experience with data validation automation frameworks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with SAP BODS is plus
