  • User, role, and authorization management in SAP environments
  • Database administration and backup/recovery for SAP-supported databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL, etc.)
  • Applying support packages, patches, kernel updates, and enhancement packs
  • Managing SAP transport system, client copies, and system refresh activities
  • Ensuring system security, high availability, and disaster recovery planning
  • Collaboration with functional/technical teams for system integration and issue resolution
