Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion- As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment
- You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs
- You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
- You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives

• Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data

• One or two industry domain knowledge

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP Basis & HANA administration
• Monitor and maintain SAP systems environments (Sandbox, Development, QA, Production and DR etc.,)
• Install, configure, maintain, support multiple SAP landscapes and 3rd party tools.
• Perform core Basis functions (e.g., System Refresh, support packs, kernels, transports, DR drills)
• Research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in performance monitoring, tuning, systems configuration using the SAP Best Practice
• Experience in system refreshes and restores of dual (ABAP+JAVA) and single stack systems.
• Working experiences in business suite of SAP, SAP HANA.
• Experience in installing, configuring and support Solution Manager
• Experience in Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations and Cloud will be added advantage.
• Experience of working with global delivery models including offshore, multi-cultural teams, functional teams & other stake holders.
• Willing to work in 24x7 support environment.
