At Retenzy, we empower Shopify merchants to build stronger customer relationships and maximize retention. As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be the go-to partner for our merchants, ensuring they unlock the full potential of Retenzy.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard Shopify merchants
into the Retenzy ecosystem by pitching the value of our platform. - Understand each merchant's unique goals
and align Retenzy's features (reviews, loyalty, rewards, referrals, etc.) to support their growth. - Serve as a trusted advisor
to merchants, guiding them on proven strategies to boost customer retention and conversions. - Analyze performance data
and provide actionable recommendations to increase GMV, gather more reviews, and strengthen customer loyalty. - Monitor feature adoption and usage
, and collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to share feedback and suggest improvements. - Lead merchant education initiatives
through onboarding sessions, training webinars, and helpful documentation. - Foster strong, long-term relationships
with Shopify merchants, turning them into passionate advocates of Retenzy.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales in a SaaS/ecommerce environment.
- Deep understanding of Shopify. You've worked with data-heavy environments (e.g., AdTech, FinTech, Loyalty platforms, or ecommerce platforms).
- Comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms. Strong communication skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Bonus if you've worked with Shopify brands or have experience selling/implementing apps from the Shopify App Store.
