Position Summary

Level: Manager

As an experienced Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will be the primary driver of project delivery and team leadership.

Work Youll Do

Client Engagement & Solution Scoping:

• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to assess client needs, identify IAM use cases, and develop go-to-market solution proposals.
• Conduct discovery sessions, technical deep-dives, and whiteboarding workshops with client stakeholders (from architects to executives).

Product Demonstrations:

• Design and deliver customized IAM product demos addressing unique client requirements—showcasing platform capabilities, integrations, and business impact.
• Prepare and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) activities, working hands-on with client data and environments.

Presales Support:

• Respond to RFPs/RFIs, develop solution documentation, and assist sales with technical positioning for key pursuits.
• Articulate the value proposition of IAM solutions (including aspects such as SSO, MFA, identity governance, zero trust, and privileged access management).

Product Management & Market Insight:

• Stay abreast of IAM technology trends, partner products, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape to inform solution development.
• Interface with product vendors to align offering roadmaps; gather client feedback for continuous improvement.

Consulting Delivery Enablement:

• Partner with engagement leaders to ensure smooth project handovers and high-quality solution delivery.
• Contribute to thought leadership, collateral, and best practices documentation on IAM and security trends.

Digital Trust & Privacy—Cyber Identity practice helps organizations in designing, developing, and implementing industry-leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to protect their information and confidential data, as well as help them build their businesses and supporting technologies to be more secure, vigilant, and resilient. The Cyber Identity team delivers services to clients through following key areas of IAM:

• IAM Strategy and Road Map
• Enterprise Application Onboarding
• User Lifecycle Management
• Compliance Management
• Password Management
• Automated Provisioning
• Roles Based Access Control (RBAC)
• ITSM tools Integration
• Advanced Authentication Methods
• Privileged Access Management

The Cyber Identity team aims to provide thought leadership to organizations to help them create a seamless user experience for business users while protecting enterprise assets and applications and enabling efficient and optimized use of technology in the IAM domain.

Qualifications

Must have skills/Project experience/Certifications:

• 8–12 years of experience in the Identity and Access Management domain
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to assess client needs, identify IAM use cases, and develop go-to-market solution proposals.
• Conduct discovery sessions, technical deep-dives, and whiteboarding workshops with client stakeholders (from architects to executives).

Good to have skills/Project experience/Certifications:

• Recognized IAM technology certifications
• Multiple-platform IAM experience and overseeing hybrid/multi-cloud deployments.
• Industry leadership through conference presentations, publications, or strategic contributions.
• Leading proof-of-concept and pilot project delivery and team management experience.
• PMP, CISSP, or similar credentials, plus expertise in related security domains

Education

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
