Catalog Specialist

Location: Kapashera Enclave, Behind Fun n Food Waterpark, Delhi (Onsite only)

Experience: 3+ Years

What You'll Do

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Ensure product data (titles, bullet points, images, specs) is accurate, complete, and SEO-friendly.
  • Track and analyze catalog performance metrics—identify gaps, then improve listing content/visibility.
  • Collaborate with teams for promotions, product launches, and inventory updates.
  • Manage suppression and ranking issues, raise cases with Amazon, and work closely with Seller Support when needed.
  • Keep catalog formatting, product categorization, and inventory listings consistent and error-free.
  • Download and interpret business/voice-of-customer reports.
  • Assist in executing campaigns and deals on platforms.

Who You Are

  • Graduate (Commerce/IT preferred); 2–4 years hands-on experience with ecommerce marketplace cataloging.
  • Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas).
  • Sharp attention to detail—mistakes don't get past you.
  • Solid written and verbal English skills.
  • Excited by data, reporting, and continuously improving online product content.
  • Comfortable multitasking and collaborating across teams.
