Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or recent graduates looking to build a career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Handle data entry, journal entries, and posting of transactions.
  • Maintain records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Support monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents (under supervision).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in financial documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the accounting domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • project experience in accounting or finance.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and payroll basics.
