We're now looking for a Process Executive who can manage client accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms — someone who's analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about scaling brands digitally.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Amazon and Flipkart Seller Central accounts for multiple clients.
  • Handle product listing creation, optimization, and pricing strategies.
  • Manage catalog uploads, keyword optimization, and A+ content.
  • Monitor daily orders, returns, inventory, and performance metrics.
  • Resolve account health issues, policy violations, and seller support tickets.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative updates.
  • Generate weekly & monthly performance reports for client review.
  • Stay updated with marketplace trends, policies, and category insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - BBA, BSc, BCom.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Knowledge of marketplace tools like Helium10, SellerApp, etc., is an added advantage.
