Role Overview: We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented Travel Consultants to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people, has great communication skills, and wants to build a career in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle travel inquiries via calls, emails, and social media.


• Counsel clients on tour packages, itineraries, and travel requirements.


• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through strong communication and follow-ups.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.


• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.


• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements:


• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in travel, tourism, or sales.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.


• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.


• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, CRM preferred).


• Passion for travel, culture, and people interaction.
