Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant, based out of Noida with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, assisting clients with reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure seamless travel experiences. You will also work on creating customized travel packages and supporting clients throughout their travel journeys.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to provide expert advice and manage client needs effectively
  • Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, ensuring smooth bookings and travel plans
  • Strong Customer Service skills to assist clients throughout their travel experiences
  • Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and relevant software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A degree in travel, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of local and international tourist destinations is a plus
