Founded by Dipak Alhate, Victories World is on a mission to empower people to achieve and inspire others, by fixing the root cause of education system — the lack of mindset, skill set, and practical life education.

Our flagship product, Life Navigator, is a self-growth life navigation platform that helps individuals track, reflect, and act on their Fitness, Personal, Financial, and Professional growth (#2F2P). It is designed solely based on idea what gets measured can be improved.

Through AI-powered tools, micro-workshops, and community-driven learning, Victories World aims to revolutionize how people approach education, career, and personal growth.

We are seeking a Co-Founder & CMO to take full ownership of
branding, marketing, and sales growth
, becoming a core partner in shaping both Victories World and Life Navigator as global impact brands.

Role Overview

As the
CMO & Co-Founder
, you will be the growth engine of Victories World's Life Navigator — responsible for crafting our brand story, driving customer acquisition, building community awareness, and ensuring early-stage revenue growth.

This role is profit + equity based, designed for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to own and build, not just work.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Positioning

·       Define and execute the brand vision and strategy for Life Navigator.

·       Build strong digital identities (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).

·       Create a compelling narrative around personal growth, mindset shift, and #2F2P.

Marketing & Growth

·       Design and implement digital marketing campaigns (organic + paid).

·       Lead content creation (short-form videos, educational posts, blogs).

·       Experiment with growth hacks, influencer tie-ups, and partnerships.

Sales & Revenue

·       Drive B2C sales (subscriptions, workshops) through funnels and campaigns.

·       Initiate B2B partnerships with colleges, corporate, and learning platforms.

·       ₹1 Cr revenue milestone strategies implementation within the next 6 months.

Community & Advocacy

·       Grow and nurture an online/offline learner community around Life Navigator.

·       Lead educational webinars, campaigns, and social initiatives under Victories World.

·       Position Life Navigator as the go-to self-growth and career platform.

Desired Skills & Qualities

·       Strong background in marketing, branding, or growth strategy (startup/agency preferred).

·       Hands-on creator: able to make/lead content (social media, campaigns).

·       Experience with sales funnels, partnerships, and digital campaigns.

·       Entrepreneurial, risk-taking mindset — driven to build something big.

·       Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skills.

·       Passion for self-growth, education, and impact-driven work.

You will be leading this activity along with support of core team member.

Compensation Structure

Phase 1 (Growth Stage): 40% share of net profits until Life Navigator achieves ₹1 Cr cumulative revenue or 6 months (whichever is earlier).

Phase 2 (Ownership Stage): Upon milestone, 10% equity granted, subject to 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff.

Post-equity grant, shift from equity to salary based on structure.
