We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Senior Specialist - MS Teams to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

"Messaging Services Senior Specialist is a professional who manages and maintains the Microsoft 365 environment that includes various applications and services such as Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive. Responsible for managing user accounts recipients, groups, service monitoring and reporting. Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and perform day to day support and administration tasks.

Job Description

Experience on Teams Admin Center (mandatory) Sign in process and troubleshooting (mandatory) Understanding about Teams Architecture Understanding of different upgrade modes in Teams Understanding of Teams call signaling and media flow in both media bypass and non-bypass mode. Understanding of MS Teams calling plans and direct routing and troubleshooting experience Understanding of Different Policies and user access levels in Teams Knowledge of different types of logs in Teams. Troubleshooting Call Quality issues with CQD Experience on Fiddler tool to analyze Teams logs (mandatory) Add-on: Experience on SharePoint and OneDrive and Understanding of Viva engage and viva learning.

Certification :

Microsoft 365 Certified: MS-700 - Teams Administrator Associate (Optional).

Microsoft 365 Certified: MS-900 - Microsoft 365 Fundamental (Optional).
