Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Engage in B2B sales activities, including warm calling potential clients to generate new business leads.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective strategies for promoting products and services.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on progress.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or related fields such as business development or technical sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities effectively.
