Role Summary
As an
Emotional Health Consultant (EHC)
or
Wellness Associate
, you will be the first point of human contact for individuals reaching out for mental health support. You will assess their concerns, help them find the right therapist, and ensure a smooth and supportive journey from booking to therapy. This is a
target-driven role
requiring both
empathy and accountability
, as you will directly contribute to the organization's impact and growth. You'll also work closely with therapists and the operations team to ensure a high-quality client experience and contribute to the growth of our client base.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Therapy Matching
Understand client concerns through calls, emails, or messages and match them with suitable therapists.
Build trust and explain therapy formats, processes, and pricing to facilitate bookings.
Convert leads into paid clients, while maintaining a warm, non-pushy tone.
Meet and exceed monthly therapy conversion targets.
Sales & Target Ownership
Own a weekly and monthly therapy conversion and revenue goal.
Work closely with the business team to design follow-up plans and client journeys that boost conversions.
Track personal performance and adapt strategies for consistent improvements.
Client Journey & Retention
Support clients throughout their therapy experience — from booking to feedback.
Proactively follow up with inactive or drop-off clients to improve retention.
Expert Coordination & Team Collaboration
Work with therapists to align on availability, session planning, and client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams like operations, marketing, and product for seamless user experience.
Contribute ideas and feedback in regular team reviews and growth discussions.
Insights & Improvement
Identify recurring client issues and suggest operational or product changes.
Maintain records of interactions and ensure data confidentiality at all times.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in mental health support, client counselling, wellness consultation, or similar roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
High emotional intelligence and the ability to hold safe and respectful conversations.
Comfortable with technology platforms (Google Workspace, CRMs, and communication tools).
Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering care with compassion and professionalism.
