We partner with clients to modernize legacy systems, embrace digital solutions, and empowers complex organizations to confidently drive growth, innovation, and performance by proactively addressing associated risks. Our professionals deliver advisory, implementation, and support services, leveraging advanced technology skills to help client modernise legacy systems, adopt new – age digital solutions and embrace future ready platforms. Location: Lucknow

Key Responsibility:

• To lead design and implementation of State-Level economic transformation programs with focus on Industrial Sector.
• Develop industrial strategy and policy notes aligned to USD 1T economy vision.
• Draft legislations/regulations (Special Investment Region, Single Window, land pricing & allotment).
• Lead macro-fiscal analysis (GDP, FDI, exports, labour participation, inflation).
• Recommend EoDB & investment facilitation reforms and coordinate consultations with govt & industry.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, prepare cabinet notes, deliverables and presentations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in public policy/govt advisory/economic development.
• Experience with State/Central govt reforms, industrial/land/fiscal work.
• Strong policy drafting, economic analysis and stakeholder mgmt skills.
