We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverages Associate / Sr. Food & Beverages Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in food and beverages service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverages service to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to make recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverages service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic math skills are required for accurate transactions.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
