Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Lucknow. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items to customers. Daily tasks include crafting high-quality coffee and espresso drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service. The Barista will also handle cashiering duties, restocking supplies, and maintaining adherence to safety and food preparation standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Barista and Food Preparation skills to craft a variety of beverages and menu items
  • Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with customers and ensuring satisfaction
  • Effective Communication abilities to interact with team members and customers
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed
  • Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus
