This role is ideal for a seasoned Product Manager eager to transition into a leadership position and gain invaluable experience within a fast-paced startup environment. You'll directly impact our product and business outcomes, enjoying significant ownership and autonomy. We are looking for a Product Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing SaaS products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of B2B SaaS products, and excellent communication skills. About Monk Commerce:We're a lean, high-performing team of 25, passionate about creating innovative software products from India for a global audience. As a Frontend Team Lead, you'll be a crucial part of our central engine, driving our frontend development and shaping the future of our platform.

Key responsibilities: Product strategy development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the goals for the year. Devise ways to collect and analyze customer feedback to decide on the exact feature sets to build that are best suited to customer needs. Market and competitive analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity, which will inform further feature and product development.

Customer Engagement: Work closely with customer support to gather feedback, validate product assumptions, and ensure solutions meet user expectations. Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and feature delivery. Prioritization and Planning: Prioritize features based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, and manage product backlogs effectively.

Launch and Post-Launch Analysis: Oversee product launches, analyze performance metrics, and iterate based on user feedback. What We're Looking

For:2-4 years of experience as a product manager at a SaaS company. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in working with a team of software developers and designers.

A basic understanding of technical systems is required to engage with engineers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects. Bonus Points:You are a hustler and are motivated by solving complex problems that move the needle.
