Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) professional
to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team
with 9+ years of experience and PAN India Location.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions to support enterprise identity governance and compliance initiatives.

  • Build and maintain SailPoint IIQ configurations, workflows, rules, and connectors to support identity lifecycle management
  • Develop integrations between SailPoint IIQ and external systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, cloud platforms)
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and access certification campaigns
  • Write Shell scripts and customize SailPoint IIQ components to meet business requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, synchronization, and access requests
  • Ensure solutions align with security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and operational procedures
  • Work closely with security architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Support SailPoint IIQ upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests to ensure solution quality and reliability

Your Profile

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x and above) / Identity lifecycle management and access governance
  • Java, BeanShell scripting
  • Custom connector development and application onboarding/Role-based access control (RBAC) and policy enforcement
  • LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD
  • REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks
