- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles, including user provisioning, access certification, access request, role-based access control, and governance.
- Proficiency in customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ, including developing custom connectors,
- Familiarity with access control methodologies, including role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC)
- Understanding of security and compliance standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
- Having relevant SailPoint certifications, such as SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityIQ
