Our job portal needs JavaScript and cookies to work correctly Please make sure you activate the usage of JavaScript and cookies in your browser Expanding possibilities with freedom What drives you Miba is one of the leading strategic partners to the international engine and automotive industry IAM Consultant Pune Fulltime Work experience Responsibilities List of Activities Identity and Access Management Manage on-premises SailPoint IdentityIQ installation update customize develop Coordinate and develop the User Life Cycle process Align with the business and define and implement business roles Coordinate access requests with other IT teams Incidents and troubleshooting Evaluates process improvements in workflow and using best practice Privileged Access Management PAM Support evaluating a future PAM solution within Miba Implement and operate PAM privileged access management solutions Manage the lifecycle of privileged accounts Further development and rollout of the PAM system Monitor and audit access rights to detect and prevent unauthorized access Requirements Soft Skills Customer Orientation Ability to Deal with Conflicts and Solve Problems Ability to Motivate Intercultural Skills Assuming Personal Responsibility and Demonstrating Reliability Delegation Ability to Work Under Pressure Stress Resistance Resiliency Holistic Thought and Action Decision-making Ability Empathy and Communication Tailored to the Target Group Professional Expertise Minimum 3 years of work experience operations and development into SailPoint IIQ Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer Certification or similar skills Hands-on experience regrading privileged access management PAM tools Deep understanding of IAM concepts including Single Sign-On SSO Multi-Factor Authentication MFA and role-based access control RBAC Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Systems or related field An understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to identity and access management Experience implementing solutions in the following areas i e User provisioning Role Based Access Control Identity Governance Entitlement review and certification Privileged Access Management etc Knowledge and good understanding on git and apache tomcat Java coding skills At Miba we believe that diversity generates and drives innovation That s why we live fairness and equal opportunity and welcome people with diversity in terms of different origin culture religion gender age impairment and sexual orientation
