Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through email, chat, and non-voice processes to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle international customers' emails, chats, and non-voice requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize strong English typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) to process customer interactions accurately and quickly.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing emails, chats, and other forms of communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate matters when necessary.
Eligibility criteria:
- HSC pass are welcome for the interview
- Graduation- Only non tech background candidates are eligible
- Decent communication skills in English is required
- Should be comfortable in night shifts, 24*7 rotational environment
- Candidate must have excellent communication
