We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telegram Caller to join our team at Nine o nine. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads through voice calls on the Telegram platform to introduce our products/services, answer questions, and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and customers using Telegram's calling feature.

Clearly communicate the company's value proposition and details about our products or services.

Listen to client needs and provide accurate information to address their queries and concerns.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and a friendly demeanor on all calls.

Document and update call details, client information, and outcomes in our database.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, lead generation, and conversions.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve calling strategies and scripts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must possess an Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) degree.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.

Familiarity with using the Telegram app for voice calls is a must.

Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.
