About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and confident Tele callers/Tele counselors to join our team . If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with us. Location - Noida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to potential leads for franchisee sales.
  • Explain our franchise model clearly and convincingly to interested prospects.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified leads and coordinate with the Franchise Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/telesales will be an added advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
