About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Tele caller with strong communication skills to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers/clients, explaining our products or services, and maintaining good relationships with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers and introduce company services/products.
  • Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the system.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

  • Education: Any Graduate Like ( MBA, BBA, B.COM, BA )
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Good listening and persuasive skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
