Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conducting phone interviews and screening candidates
  • Maintaining records of candidate information in our database
  • Collaborating with recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Providing feedback on candidate profiles to the recruitment team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
