Amazon eCommerce Operations Intern at Scale Vista

Location: Bangalore (On-Site at MG Road)

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Mode: 2 Months at Office (MG Road, Bangalore)

Scale Vista is looking for smart, detail-oriented interns to support and streamline daily operations on Amazon. If you're organised, love working with systems, and want hands-on experience in real-world eCommerce, this is for you.

What will you learn?

  • End-to-end Amazon seller central operations
  • How to navigate Seller Central, Flat Files, and Ad Console
  • Keyword & competitor research tools (like Helium10, AdBrew etc)
  • Real-world exposure to online retail processes and tools

Internship Structure

  • Week 1-2: Assessment and Introduction Phase - During the first week, you will undergo a structured onboarding process that includes training sessions (Pre recorded+ Inperson), exposure to various e-commerce functions, and an initial assessment to understand your skills and interests better.

  • Weeks 3-4: Role Assignment - Based on your performance during the first week, you will be assigned to a defined role in one of our departments (e.g., Sales, Lead Gen, Data Analytics, In-stock Management, Ads, Digital Marketing, or Customer Experience). This ensures that you contribute effectively while gaining hands-on experience.

  • Week 4 to 7: Take ownership of independent tasks and small-scale projects within your department, progressively handling more complex responsibilities. Work on a performance optimisation or analytical project, applying your data expertise to deliver actionable insights for the business.

  • Week 7 to 8: Final Project Submission- Present your final project findings to department leads in Week 8, which will form a key part of your overall evaluation.

Performance Based full time Opportunity At the end of the internship, candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities may be considered for a full-time role with Scale Vista, subject to business requirements and individual performance evaluations.
