Job Purpose:
Our E-Commerce Administrator is a hands-on role, that is crucial to our success, directly supporting the B2C team in maintaining multiple brand websites and ensuring the seamless flow of our online operations.
You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our ecommerce platforms, ensuring that product information is accurate, engaging, and up to date, while assisting the wider ecommerce team with day-to-day tasks to drive sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Accountabilities & Key Activities:
E-commerce & Content:
- Manage, maintain, and merchandise across multiple brand websites.
- Optimise product listings for searchability and customer experience (e.g., managing Shopify metafields, product comparison, upsell, no results pages, and redirect mapping etc.).
- Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and site changeouts by performing comprehensive product and site checks to ensure flawless execution.
- List and enrich products on websites, map internal product values (e.g. size, price etc.) to external data from the websites, use feed related tools to prepare product listings, upload the listings to the websites and investigate & fix any resulting errors.
- Conduct regular site checks and audits to monitor functionality, content accuracy, and user experience.
- Moderate and manage review syndication for product, brand, and blogs to foster community engagement and uphold brand reputation.
- Monitor and respond to Trustpilot and other review platform feedback in line with brand tone of voice.
- Escalate negative reviews or recurring issues to relevant departments for resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience based on review insights.
Operational & Data:
- Generate daily sales reports, weekly pricing, monthly cost reports.
- Perform weekly commission validations and monthly invoice reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Conduct ad-hoc order validations and weekly fulfilment & chargeback checks to maintain smooth order processing and mitigate risks.
- Manage the Shopify email inbox and escalate urgent operational alerts.
- Support the monitoring of competitor activity and pricing.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support the ecommerce department.

Qualifications & Previous Experience:
Essential:
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce related projects/internships is a plus.
- Experience with Amazon or other marketplaces is a plus.
- Experience in Shopify is a plus.

- Ability to write and create content for products.
