Private Investment Analytics Analyst

As an Analyst within our Private Investments Analytics team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quantitative tools and dashboards to monitor and analyze the performance of Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, and Infrastructure Funds.
• Utilize statistical and quantitative methods to analyze portfolio data, identify trends, and forecast performance.
• Leverage advanced analytics tools and models to enhance portfolio analytics capabilities and improve reporting accuracy.
• Propose new models and tools and redesign existing process flows to achieve efficiencies and controls.
• Prepare detailed analytical and research reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
• Understand, analyze, and utilize existing financial models to generate results that aid in drawing insights and creating reports.
• Implement best coding practices with a focus on modularity and code optimization.
• Present complex and technical issues logically, precisely, and simply to thrive on a global team.
• Execute process automation or user tool automation projects.
• Focus on complex tasks with attention to detail.
• Complete assignments with strong initiative and confidence, even with limited supervision.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree with at least 1year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis, with intermediate programming experience in Python; experience in plotting libraries and dashboarding tools like Streamlit
• Basic understanding of SQL and database operations is required.
• Basic understanding and use of Excel.
• Strong communication skills to thrive on a global team, with the ability to present complex and technical issues logically, precisely, and simply.
• Familiarity with various asset classes, including Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, and Infrastructure.
• Proven ability to focus on complex tasks and attention to detail.
• Strong initiative and confidence in completing assignments with limited supervision.
