पद का विवरण:हमारे स्वचालित हे बेलिंग प्रोजेक्ट के लिए सुपरवाइज़र की आवश्यकता है। सुपरवाइज़र का दायित्व ट्रैक्टर और उसके अटैचमेंट जैसे स्लैशर, हे रेक, बेलर और लोडिंग ट्रॉली के माध्यम से चलने वाले हे बेलिंग ऑपरेशन की निगरानी करना होगा।

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:ट्रैक्टर ऑपरेटरों और श्रमिकों का प्रबंधन करना
  • हे बेलिंग कार्य की पूरी निगरानी और गुणवत्ता पर नियंत्रण रखना
  • आसपास के किसानों से संपर्क कर उनकी धान कटाई के बाद बची पराली कटवाने की अनुमति लेना (जिसे किसान सामान्यतः जलाते हैं)
  • समय पर मशीनरी व श्रमिकों का समन्वय सुनिश्चित करना
  • योग्यताएँ:कृषि कार्यों या मैकेनाइज्ड खेती से जुड़ा अनुभव वांछनीय
  • श्रमिक प्रबंधन एवं स्थानीय किसानों से सम्पर्क बनाने की क्षमता
  • खेतों में प्रत्यक्ष निगरानी करने और समस्या-सुलझाने की क्षमता
  • अन्य जानकारी:यह प्रोजेक्ट अल्पकालीन (2 महीने लगभग) है
  • काम के दौरान ठहरने और खाने की पूरी व्यवस्था की जाएगी
